Bacon Cheeseburger Pinwheels
These Bacon Cheeseburger Pinwheels bring all the flavors of a classic burger into a fun, bite-sized appetizer. Filled with seasoned beef, bacon, melted cheese, and savory toppings, they’re wrapped in soft dough and baked to golden perfection.

- 8 oz tube crescent dough sheet (or use crescent rollsand pinch the seams together)
- 3/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup real bacon pieces
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Dice the onion.
Then add the ground beef, diced onion, garlic, salt and pepper to a medium skillet, and heat over medium heat, breaking the meat up as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain grease if needed.
Open the can of crescent sheet, then unroll onto a large cutting board.
Layer your cheese bacon pieces and ground beef mixture.
Start from one end, and tightly roll the dough into itself, until it meets the other end.
Cut into 12 sections, then arrange those sections flat on a baking sheet.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
Serve with ketchup or your favorite burger sauce.
